CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is turning 10, and we’re inviting the Seacoast community to celebrate with us! Join us on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Black Rock Social Club in Portsmouth for an evening of food, drinks, golf simulators, bowling, games, local vendors, giveaways, and plenty of fun. Guests can stop by our “Ask the PT” table with questions about their aches, pains, and strains, experience a free Regenerative Shockwave Therapy demonstration, and get a free golf swing assessment
