CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates Celebrates 10 Years - and You're Invited to Join in Oct. 14

CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is turning 10, and we’re inviting the Seacoast community to celebrate with us!

Join us on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Black Rock Social Club in Portsmouth for an evening of food, drinks, golf simulators, bowling, games, local vendors, giveaways, and plenty of fun.

Guests can stop by our “Ask the PT” table with questions about their aches, pains, and strains, experience a free Regenerative Shockwave Therapy demonstration, and get a free golf swing assessment before hitting the simulators.

What began as a one-woman practice in 2016 has grown into a team dedicated to helping people get out of pain, stop the cycle, and expand what’s possible without relying on pills, procedures, or surgery. This celebration is our way of thanking the clients, community partners, friends, and neighbors who helped make the past 10 years possible.

In honor of our 10th birthday, we’ll also be holding our biggest anniversary sale yet from Oct. 5 through Oct. 14. The limited-quantity Decade Collection will feature special offers on some of our most popular services and programs, including Advanced Musculoskeletal Care and Regenerative Therapy.

The event is free to attend, and free parking is available. Space is limited, and RSVP is requested by Oct. 9.
