The American Lung Association and Balance a Women's GYM in Portsmouth are hosting their fall Healthy Living Series event on Thursday, November 13 from 5:30 - 8:30pm. Located at 125 Brewery Lane in Portsmouth, this free event will feature interactive sessions hosted by speakers from: Tami Provost "it on the Fly Paul Curley" National Cycling Champion Patrick Manzer - Eastern Mountain Sports Kathryn Londoff and Michelle McCauley - Core N More The brand new spin studio at Balance A Women's GYM will be hosting an open house during this event. All are welcome to visit and check it out. Get tips on how to practice healthy living habits and continue your fitness activities through the fall and winter months. This event is open to the public.
