Sip, Savor, and Celebrate: Strawbery Banke’s Vintage & Vine Fundraiser Returns Thursday, Sept. 4

PORTSMOUTH — Strawbery Banke Museum invites the community to gather at its signature fundraiser, Vintage & Vine–A Wine Festival in Historic Style, returning Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025. The event, which occurs outdoors throughout the Museum’s nearly 10-acre site, heirloom gardens, and historic landscapes, features delicious bites from top Seacoast restaurants paired with a curated selection of wines, craft brews, and ciders. Tickets are available for purchase online via StrawberyBanke.org/vintage-vine

General admission opens at 5 PM and tickets are $95 per person (designated driver general admission tickets are $40). VIP tickets, which are sold out, allow guests to enter at 4 PM and circulate the entire site and the designated VIP tent. The event comes to a close at 7:30 PM. 

Vintage & Vine is a celebration of community, creativity, and shared purpose," said Linnea Grim, Strawbery Banke Museum President and CEO, Thomas W. Haas Endowed Chair. "By attending, and through the support of our restaurant, wine, and auction partners, guests help sustain the Museum’s educational programs and preservation efforts across the historic campus.”

Guests must be 21+ to attend. Comfortable footwear is recommended, as tasting stations are located throughout the Museum’s outdoor campus.

Continue the celebration after the event at the official Vintage & Vine after party at The Gallery at Jimmy’s (135 Congress Street, Portsmouth) from 7 to 11 PM. Featuring DJ Chad Banks, live art activations, and exclusive wine tastings, the after-party offers cocktails, late-night bites, and contemporary art in a vibrant lounge setting. Admission is 21+ with no cover charge.
