PROCON Leadership Appointed to Key New Hampshire Boards, Strengthening Industry and Community Impact

Company leaders bring expertise in design, construction, workforce development, and economic growth

HOOKSET— PROCON, New England’s largest single-source design and construction management firm, announced April 1 that several members of its leadership team have been appointed to prominent boards across New Hampshire, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening the built environment, workforce development, and regional economic vitality.

These appointments reflect PROCON’s continued investment in industry leadership and community engagement, with executives contributing their expertise to organizations that shape the future of business, design, construction, and education.

Erik Anderson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of AIA New Hampshire, the state chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The organization advocates for the value of architecture and supports architects through education, public outreach, and professional development. Anderson’s leadership will help advance design excellence and sustainable building practices across the region.

Ben Saturley, Senior Vice President of Field Operations, has joined the Board of Directors of Bring Back the Trades, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting careers in the skilled trades, empowering the next generation of skilled tradespeople and addressing workforce shortages. Through education, advocacy, and outreach, the organization connects the next generation with meaningful career opportunities and scholarships. Saturley’s hands-on construction leadership will support initiatives to strengthen the future workforce pipeline.

“On behalf of Bring Back the Trades, I’m proud to welcome Ben Saturley to our board,” said Steve Turner, founder and CEO of Bring Back the Trades, located in Rye, N.H. “Ben’s 21 years with PROCON—New Hampshire’s largest designer and builder—brings a depth of real-world experience in the trads facing the largest gap in projected employment across the nation.  He understands the opportunities the trades provide, not just as careers, but as pathways to purpose and personal success. With Ben’s leadership support, we’re confident we can reach more young adults, inspire the next generation of builders, and continue closing the workforce gap in the skilled trades.”

Michael Yeatman, Chief Construction Officer at PROCON, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) New Hampshire/Vermont. ABC is a national trade association representing the merit shop construction industry, advocating for workforce development, safety, and fair competition. Yeatman’s industry expertise will help further ABC’s mission to support contractors and promote excellence across the construction sector.

“ABC New Hampshire/Vermont is pleased to welcome Michael Yeatman of PROCON to our Board of Directors. Michael brings deep construction leadership and operational expertise that will strengthen our efforts to advance the merit shop industry, promote workforce development, and champion fair competition across the region. We look forward to collaborating with him as we continue to support contractors and build a stronger future for construction in New Hampshire and Vermont.” Said Josh Reap, President and CEO of ABC NH/VT

Together, Anderson, Saturley, and Yeatman bring a diverse range of professional perspectives to these organizations, enhancing governance and helping drive meaningful progress across industries and communities.

“Service on these boards is an extension of PROCON’s mission to build lasting partnerships and strengthen the communities where we live and work,” said John Stebbins, CEO. “We are proud to support organizations that are shaping the future of our industry and creating opportunities across New England.”
