DARCI Creative announces next-generation leadership

 

PORTSMOUTH— DARCI Creative, a full-service marketing agency recognized for delivering measurable growth through strategic marketing and award-winning creative, has announced a major leadership milestone: Daniele Hosser and Caitlin Thayer have been named managing partners, formalizing the agency’s next-generation leadership team. 

 

Hosser will serve as managing partner, VP of client experience & brand strategy, and Thayer will serve as managing partner, VP of operations & finance. Both leaders have played key roles in strengthening the agency’s client partnerships, internal systems, and strategic direction — and will now help guide DARCI Creative into its next era of growth. 

 

The announcement comes as DARCI Creative approaches a significant moment in its history: the agency will celebrate 20 years in business this October.

Thayer previously served as director of operations & business development, where she strengthened the operational infrastructure and financial discipline that supports consistent delivery and sustainable growth. As managing partner, she will continue refining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the agency is built to scale — without compromising quality, culture, or creativity.
