Strong nonprofits are the heartbeat of a thriving Seacoast — and when they succeed, the whole community benefits. GoodWork exists to make that success possible. We equip nonprofit staff, boards, and donors with the coaching, curriculum, and community connection they need. Through programs such as the Incubator, Leadership Roundtables, BetterBoards, Giving with Impact, and the Seacoast Impact Collaborative, we support the people who lead, govern, and invest in the organizations our region depends on.
