About Us

I’m Colby Coppage, a REALTOR® with Compass New England based here in Portsmouth and licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and California. I work across the Seacoast helping people buy and sell homes, condos, and investment properties, and I also represent unique commercial projects like boutique hotels and inns. Real estate has been my career for nearly a decade, starting in San Francisco where I specialized in high-end homes and competitive, fast-moving deals. When I moved to Portsmouth, I hit the ground running and closed over $10M in sales in my first few months, including record-breaking hotel transactions.

The most rewarding part of my work is building meaningful relationships with clients and the community. I take a straightforward, strategic, and down-to-earth approach with my clients. Whether it’s guiding first-time buyers, helping a family sell a longtime home, or advising an investor on a multi-unit property, I make sure the process feels clear, organized, and as stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me out exploring the Seacoast, walking my dog Oliver, checking out local restaurants, or taking a drive up the Maine coast. I grew up on a cotton farm in Missouri, and I carry those small-town values of hard work, kindness, and community into everything I do. Portsmouth has quickly become home for me, and I’m excited to be part of the community and connect with other local businesses and neighbors.
