Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will perform marketing and administrative functions, which are the heartbeat of our operation.
- Build property listings in multiple commercial real estate marketing platforms, MLS and on social media.
- Update property listings as needed.
- Verify that leads are being entered into CRM per team’s guidelines.
- Prepare monthly company newsletter.
- Manage efforts of sending weekly marketing reports to clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Independent, self-motivated
- Dependable and able to work in a variety of environments
- Able to hold colleagues accountable
- Eagerness to learn and accept daily feedback and coaching
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a PLUS!
- Video editing experience is required
- Strong attention to detail, but not perfectionism is a must

Pay: From $24.10 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
