Description
Explore the boundaries between jazz and classical music. Each concert in the series features ensembles of PSO musicians who will showcase the richness, flexibility, and often surprising range of the classical chamber music repertoire in Jimmy’s century-old, spectacularly restored, state-of-the-art club. Paired with fine food and libations, this series promises chamber music like audiences have never experienced before.
Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra presents a program of quartet music featuring concertmaster and violinist, Zoia Bologovsky; Johnny Mok, cello; Oliver Chen, viola; and Amira Acre, piano. Explore romantic works for strings and piano including the lush harmonies of Brahms.
