Description
All levels are welcome to participate! Instructor Laurel will cater to both beginners while offering more challenging poses for the more advanced students.
Throwback is lucky to have the talented Laurel Crawford as our instructor. Laurel has more than 15 years of teaching experience under her mat and will cater her lessons to beginners and experienced yogis alike!
Make the most of your Sundays by really stretching out the weekend- with Yoga at Throwback!
The Pub will be open for food and drinks after lessons for those of you wanting some nibbles or needing to quench your thirst.
