Debb?s Productions is pleased to bring the original musical adaptation of The Gift of the Magi back to The Players? Ring, where it was warmly embraced by audiences five years ago. This classic, originally published in the early 1900?s, is a story which has endured for over 100 years, not only as a favorite Christmas story, but also as reminder to readers about the invaluable gift of love in our lives. Its endearing plot and theme regarding sacrifice and love have been the basis for many adaptations in film, television, and the stage. ?And in this tale of two foolish dreamers, we find the wisest of the wise. Of all who give and receive gifts, they are the wisest. They are the Magi.?
Debb?s Productions is a newly formed company by Deb Barry. After collaborating with and working under the auspices of other organizations, Barry is now launching her own company through which she plans to produce a wide variety of events.
