The Wonder of it All! Voices from the Heart Fall Concert November 22, 2025 Lift your own hearts with the sound of Voices singing! Don’t miss Voices from the Heart’s concert November 22nd at South Church , 292 State St in Portsmouth at 4:00 and 7:30. "During turbulent times, global, national or personal, singing always lifts us," says Voices director, Joanne Connolly. "We have so enjoyed our fall of Monday night singing to lift our own spirits and celebrate 'The Wonder of it All!’! AND NOW we can't wait to share the music, AND the uplift with our audience! We are just back from our summer tour of Scotland, so we are bringing back great songs from Scottish composer, Ali Burns, a truly gorgeous Wailin' Jenny's song, a strong bold song of how to hold everybody up, a sweet, sweet MaMuse song of laying down our troubles to name a few! AND...to quote another tune..."I'm listening for the voice within me, and following the sound of laughter!” So......if you are craving.....some uplift, laughter, or bold ways to hold everybody up...don't miss...The Wonder of it All !!! Composer, guitarist, and arranger, Jonathan Booth, will be on hand to play guitar. AND....We'll have some African drumming on music from Kenya ! Tickets are on sale now!
