Mark Broth of Drummond Woodsum' s Employment Law Group and Mona Movafaghi of Drummond Woodsum' s Immigration Practice Group will be hosting a seminar entitled Practical Considerations in Hiring, including Hiring of Foreign Nationals and I-9/E-Verify Issues. We will also offer a complimentary continental breakfast. We know this seminar will be useful both for the updates in hiring practices as well as the immigration implications of yet another wave of I-9 Audits.
