Space is limited to 10 participants & pre-registration is required!
We’ll start with a yoga-sculpt inspired SUP Yoga class and then wander over to Wild Valentine for breakfast bowls and 15% off their boutique and flower bar 
This special 90 min class will be led by SEAVASANA and Yoga Parlor instructor Kate O’Dowd.
All equipment included. No prior paddle boarding or SUP Yoga experience required. Just bring your smile and a friend for a fun morning!
