GRAMMY® Award Nominated, 4x-Blues Music Award-Winner & 27x-Blues Music Award Nominated Singer & Songwriter SUGARAY RAYFORD earned his first GRAMMY® Award Nomination in 2020 for "Best Contemporary Blues Album" ('Somebody Save Me'). Sugaray Rayford won the 2023 "Soul Blues Album of the Year" ('In Too Deep') at the Blues Music Awards. ALLMUSIC stated, "In Too Deep is arguably a stronger album than (the GRAMMY® Nominated) 'Somebody Save Me' as fine as that was." In 2020, Rayford won the highly coveted and prestigious Blues Music Award given every year to the most outstanding live performer, the "B.B. King Entertainer of the Year" Award (and he has been Nominated 9 years in a row from 2015-2023). Rayford also has 2 Nominations for "Band of the Year" (2020 & 2022), and 3 Nominations for "Soul Blues Male Artist of the Year" - winning the award in 2019 & 2020.
