An ASCAP Next Generation of Songwriters recipient and Juilliard alumnus, international pianist, composer, and producer Mathis Picard is recognized as one of the most prominent rising voices on keys today. Mentored by Kenny Barron and named Musical Director for the Broadway revival of Ain't Misbehavin', Picard has shared stages with icons like Ron Carter, Wynton Marsalis, and Christian McBride. Drawing from his French, Malagasy, and American roots, Picard delivers an extraordinary, virtuosic performance of genre-defying original compositions, brilliant classical technique, and modern jazz mastery.
