3x-GRAMMY® Award-Winner & 6x-GRAMMY® Nominated Jazz Singer and Composer CECILE MCLORIN SALVANT Cécile McLorin Salvant has developed a passion for storytelling and finding the connections between Vaudeville, Blues, Folk traditions from around the world, Theater, Jazz, and Baroque music. Salvant won the Thelonious Monk International Vocal Competition in 2010. In 2020, she received the MacArthur Fellowship and the Doris Duke Artist Award. Salvant won "Best Jazz Vocal Album" at the GRAMMY® Awards for 'For One to Love' (2016), 'Dream & Daggers' (2018), and 'The Window' (2019), while receiving Nominations in the same category for 'Woman Child' (2014), 'Ghost Song' (2022) and 'Mélusine' (2023).
