Join us at the Summer Wellness Series on the LANEY & LU Portsmouth patio! We are bringing together 8 of our community’s best and most sought after studio and business owners.
From barre to yoga, cardio dance to kickboxing, each of these amazing teachers will bring their own flavor, passion, and personality to our patio at LANEY & LU in Portsmouth.
Each class is approximately 1 hour and only $10, and ALL profits will be donated to GatherNH. Your contribution will help fund programs that build food security in welcoming and dignified ways.

Unleash your inner dancer with an “around the world” club hopping experience. Serious fun and serious cardio, Club Cardio is a dance fitness class that will definitely move you. The sweat factor and fun factor are high in one of the most popular classes at AG.
