Description
The folks at Vital Design will be presenting two trends in marketing. Chuck will focus on the types of content they are creating and Doug will be speaking more on how to distribute it. Check out these credentials -
Director of Content Marketing and Social Media - Doug Ridley
Doug heads up Vital’s social media marketing department, where he works to help clients build brand equity and drive sales leads using social media. He takes a rigorously analytical approach to social media, and believes that social media is only as good as the inbound marketing strategy that drives it. Before joining the Vital team, Doug was the marketing and social media manager for the New York YMCA camp for three years. He attended the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY.
Director of Communications - Chuck McMahon
Chuck is a former journalist, accomplished author and proud resident of Portsmouth. Before Vital, Chuck worked as a reporter for several Seacoast-based news publications, covering issues at the local, regional and national level. As part of that job, Chuck developed the ability to delve deeply into most any complex issue. With a degree in Creative Writing and English, Chuck also enjoys writing non-fiction, fiction and poetry. He wrote his first book in 2013 and has plans for several more. Chuck is a true local. He graduated from the local school system and is a proud resident of Portsmouth, where he lives with his wife and daughter. When not at Vital, Chuck enjoys being outdoors, trying new things and traveling. He is an active member of the Clipper Foundation, avid birder and volunteers for various local charities and nonprofits.
