Explore your inner world under the stars with this special Moonrise Paddle and SUP Yoga experience!

Once anchored, you will be guided through some gentle stretching to prepare your body for a laying down Yoga Nidra meditation in the light of the full moon.
All equipment provided. Pre-registration required! All participants must know how to swim. No prior SUP Yoga experience necessary!
