Cam Shilling founded and chairs the Cybersecurity and Privacy Group at McLane Middleton. The group of six professionals have developed a breadth and depth of expertise superior to many firms with a national presence. Over 20 plus years, Cam and his colleagues have provided cyber, privacy and AI risk management advice and incident response services to businesses, professional services firms, auto dealerships, health care providers, financial institutions, schools, non-profits, and many other organizations throughout New England, along the East Coast, nationally, and internationally. Cam is routinely featured as an expert in cyber, privacy and AI in regional and national media. In recognition of his leadership in this field, Cam has received the Business in Excellence Award from the N.H. Business Review, the Go To Cyber Lawyer Award from Mass Lawyers Weekly, and the Northeast Trailblazer Award from American Lawyer Association. Cam also serves on the Policy Advisory Board of the International Associate of Privacy Professionals.
Keith Bamford, CEO/Owner, Daystar
Keith Bamford is CEO and Co-founder of Daystar, a managed IT services firm helping small and midsized businesses align technology with strategic goals. With over 30 years in the field, Keith specializes in guiding organizations through cybersecurity risk mitigation, operational visibility, and scalable IT solutions. Kyle Connolly, Commercial Lines Producer, The Van Dyk Group
Kyle Connolly is a commercial insurance agent with The Van Dyk Group, bringing over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in 2014 in financial planning after graduating from Endicott College with a degree in finance. In 2020, Kyle transitioned into commercial insurance, where he specializes in insuring complex and hard-to-place risks. Driven by a passion for connecting people, he founded UCANNB2B in 2021, a networking group that fosters collaboration between cannabis businesses and ancillary professionals. Dedicated to protecting clients’ assets and supporting their financial goals, Kyle is equally committed to building community. He lives in Rochester, NH with his wife Natalie, their sons Casey and Parker, and their Golden Retriever, Bentley.
Paul Achman, SVP, Director of Compliance, BankProv
Mr. Paul R. Achman (he/him/his) leverages nearly three decades of progressive experience within risk management, culminating in his current role as Director of Compliance at BankProv. In this capacity, he leads the bank’s enterprise Financial Intelligence Unit and Consumer Compliance functions. His strategic leadership supports the institution's commitment to regulatory excellence and operational integrity across traditional, specialty, and emerging banking verticals.
Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in managing complex compliance frameworks across a diverse portfolio of products and services including digital assets, FinTech and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) models, commercial and specialty lending, and traditional and digital branch banking. Prior to joining BankProv, he held leadership positions at a range of financial institutions including national, commercial, and FinTech banks where he successfully navigated varying operational complexities and regulatory landscapes.
He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and served for 14 years, most recently as co-chair, of the Upper Midwest ACAMS Chapter, reflecting his long-standing commitment to advancing the best AML/CFT practices within the industry.
