Absolutely free and open to the public. You do not have to be a patient to attend the classes, just bring a exercise matt and clothes you can sweat it out in!

Description
Starting January 4th Join us for our free core and butt exercise class every Saturday morning at 9:00am with our wonderful exercise specialist Cristyn Peters. She knows all the right moves to get you those flat abs and sexy butt! She will also be giving free exercise and nutritional tips during her classes. This is not to be missed!! The classes are absolutely free of charge, and open to the public so bring your friends and family. We will have exercise matts here for you, but quantity will be limited so if you have one please bring it.
