Portsmouth became a First Night® community in 1986 - we are one of two remaining towns in New Hampshire that celebrates First Night® with music, dance, fireworks and ice sculpture.
A First Night® Portsmouth Button is your 'ticket' to all First Night® indoor venues*
Purchasing a Button also helps support/finance all free open air outdoor activities including the fireworks and ice sculpture.
