| It's the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors together! We have a unique place in our own backyard where we can explore the seaside, the forest, and history! It doesn't matter how old you are, the natural world is fascinating and there's something for everyone to explore!
Guided by a Forest Society Educator, you'll explore the intertidal zone, the forest, and all that reside in it. There will be opportunities for free play, structured activity, and a variety of ways to investigate the world around us. Let's learn together!
This is a rain or shine event. Please check upcoming weather and be prepared! Specific outdoor equipment is not required, but you will need to bring your own water, snacks, and a backpack to carry any personal items. You are encouraged to bring other items that help you engage with the outdoors - weather that be a camera, binoculars, or even a notebook. We reccomend bringing water shoes in addition to footwear for walking.
