Living and working on the Seacoast, it’s crucial to be aware and appreciative of other cultures. Tourists and customers from all over the world visit our community. It is invaluable for owners, operators and staff to be mindful and inclusive of everyone.
Join us for an interactive program that will build awareness, open communication, and promote cultural literacy. By practicing cultural humility, we will further the appreciation, recognition, and acceptance of all cultural groups. This program helps you develop methods to build a more inclusive workplace for employees and customers.
With an ever-changing cultural climate, continuing to be open-minded and having honest discussions will promote continued understanding and empathy across cultures. This workshop begins the conversation and can be further facilitated within employee training programs.
