"We welcome the members of the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce to join us in celebrating the grand opening of our new office in downtown Portsmouth." CJ Physical Therapy and Wellness opened its doors here in Portsmouth 2 years ago and is thrilled for the opportunity to now be able to expand its programs on the Seacoast that help people stay active, healthy and mobile - naturally - without medical tests or procedures.
