Chamber Chat Live! brings a focus on the arts on March 12. Joining us will be members of the Mayor's Blue Ribbon Committee on Arts & Non-Profits along with leaders from many of Portsmouth art organizations and venues. We'll be looking ahead to warmer weather and discussing what the various organizations hope to offer this coming spring and summer.
