Description

The final session of the 2026 CelebrateHER Enrichment Series presented by St. Mary's Bank focuses on stepping into leadership—your way. Leaders share the myth-busting truths about leadership, from defining your own style to setting boundaries, making courageous decisions, and leading with empathy and impact. This conversation highlights the real lessons that shaped them, the moments that mattered most, and how they continue to grow while lifting others along the way.

Facilitator:

Molly Hodgson, CEO, GoodWork Seacoast ✅

Molly is a seasoned executive with an extensive track record of successful leadership in nonprofit business operations. She has an extraordinary depth of experience in organizational strategy, program design and development, event management and fund procurement. Molly is a results-oriented leader with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Molly served as the president of the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, executive director of New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility, and was the first executive director of New Hampshire Made Inc.

Molly has served as a Hoffman Haas Fellowship Mentor, participated in the Institute for Advanced Nonprofit Leadership, served on the Advisory Board of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Piscataqua Region and Chaired the Leadership Seacoast Board. Panelists:

Since joining UNH she has successfully led the college through AACSB re-accreditation, prioritized innovation and new program development, and worked closely with alumni and the business community to build deep and lasting relationships.

Gilson’s research focuses on teams, creativity, and virtual work. In 2019 she was named by the Web of Science as one of the world’s most highly cited researchers.

Gilson earned her Ph.D. from Georgia Tech and her B.S. from Georgetown University.

JoAnn Burchuk, owner, River of Life Wellness
