Join Cycle the Seacoast and Exeter Power Yoga for our Bend & Brew event! Exeter Power Yoga instructor Kaitlin Muller will lead a one hour energetic Power Vinyasa flow with focus on linking breath to movement. This class is taught with upbeat music and is ideal for all levels! All participants will receive a free brew from Cisco Brewers Portsmouth. The Cycle the Seacoast will be giving away goodies and providing information about their annual event. All proceeds will go directly to the American Lung Association's fundraising event, Cycle the Seacoast. We will be in Alemaker's Hall which is upstairs in the brewery. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (by 1:45) in order to allow time to set up your mat and mingle. Participants will have the option to partake in the free beverage and mingling after the yoga ends (around 3pm). What to bring: -Yoga mat -Blanket (optional) -Warm clothes (the brewery is set at a cooler temperatures so make sure to wear layers) -Valid ID
