11th Annual Festival of Trees

Live Christmas trees and wreaths elaborately decorated by local businesses and organizations are on display and available to be taken home by the public through raffle and auction. Children will receive a complimentary goodie bag courtesy of The Closet Connection. For each $5 ticket purchased, the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce will donate $1 to the Dover Food Pantry run by First Parish Church. In order to offer this holiday event in a safe and enjoyable format, we have made a few modifications to this year's event: - In order to limit the number of attendees and ensure social distancing, tickets will be required to attend this event. Every ticket purchased will get the attendee an automatic entry into the raffle for the Dover Tree. This tree will be fully decorated and will contain hundreds of dollars in gift cards to local restaurants and retailers. - Facemasks will be required to be worn by each attendee while in the Rivermill. - Complimentary hand sanitizer will be available. - If our area sees a significant increase in cases, this event will be shifted to a virtual format. The Festival of Trees is fundraiser that benefits the Chamber's City Lights committee. This committee is a volunteer group which puts up American flags throughout the city during the summer months, and illuminates downtown Dover during the holiday season.
