Description
Join the American Lung Association for the 11th Anniversary of the annual Cycle the Seacoast on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020! Cycle the Seacoast is a one-day, multi-route cycling event that is both challenging and fun for serious athletes to weekend warriors with kids in tow. With 25, 50 or 100 mile options to choose from, there is something for everyone as you enjoy the water views along the historic Seacoast in New Hampshire. VOLUNTEER WITH US! We are always looking for volunteers to help us support the Cycle the Seacoast. We have many volunteer opportunities available. Money raised helps fund the American Lung Association in New Hampshire's work to improve lung health and prevent lung disease through efforts such as lung cancer research, improving the air we breathe so it does not cause or worsen lung disease, and reducing the burden of lung disease on individuals and families suffering from asthma and COPD.
VENUE: Cisco Brewers Portsmouth (35 Corporate Drive Portsmouth, NH) ROUTE OPTIONS: 25, 50 or 100 miles AGE LIMIT: Ages 7 years and older. DAY OF EVENT DETAILS: Start times are staggered depending on the route of your choice. Cyclists that arrive late for their scheduled route start time will automatically be bumped to the next departing route. 100 mile start: 7:00am 50 mile start: 8:00am 25 mile start: 9:00am

Children between the ages of 7 - 12 must ride a tandem or tag-a-long bike with adult guardian. All children under the age of 18 must have an adult guardian with them at all times on the route. Child and guardian are both required to meet the fundraising minimum.
