SUMMARY:Wild Signs Walking Tour at Creek Farm February 5\, 2022\, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
DESCRIPTION:Often times while out in the woods we may think we are alone or with only a few animals around us. We are actually surrounded by wildlife\, and they see us more often than we see them! They do leave signs and traces\, allowing us to piece together who has been there and also clues to what they were doing. Folks of all ages and stages\, join our Education Program Coordinator and naturalist\, Sarah Kern\, for an investigative walk along Creek Farm's Little Harbor Loop Trail. Sarah has worked with wildlife and enjoys leading tracking walks as well as exploring nature. We will be on the lookout for signs of wild neighbors including tracks\, evidence of dining/chewing\, scat and more! If you have binoculars\, they are always a great tool to have on the trail so be sure to bring them. Also\, please remember to dress appropriately for the weather so as to be able to enjoy exploring for longer!\n\nREGISTER: This program is free for Forest Society members\, $10 for non-members. Free for kids! Pre-registration is required. Register via the link below. (Registration will close on Friday\, February 4 at noon or when the spaces have been filled).
