She is a certified senior HR professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and an accredited safety management specialist with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).\n\n\n\nShe has been teaching for the University of New Hampshire for eight years over a range of HR\, safety\, and business subjects and has facilitated hundreds of training sessions and courses over her career. In 2019\, she decided to go back to law school to focus on employment and privacy law at the Maine School of Law.
