SUMMARY:Throwback Brewery: Chocolate\, Cheese & Beer Event
DESCRIPTION:Each year\, we like to play with and push the culinary possibilities of pairing hand-crafted chocolate and thoughtfully selected cheeses from local New England artisans with our farm-fresh beers. This year marks the 7th offering of this event\, and we continue to be inspired by all the magical ways we can pair chocolate\, cheese\, and beer. Past events have included house-made\, salted chocolate pretzels stuffed with Timberdoodle cheese from VT\, a house-made marshmallow drizzled with a chocolate chili ganache\, and fried goat cheese balls with house-made romesco sauce. That\, plus\, just straight up delicious cheese. We can't wait to see what Chef and her team come up with to delight us for 2018. Stay tuned for the menu\, but it should be similar in style to what we did in 2016. As always\, ticket price is inclusive of tax and gratuity. So grab your seat today as this event has a history of selling out quickly! (Makes a great Valentine's gift\, too!) And\, yes\, chocolate\, cheese\, and beer make for a most lovely dinner.
