It has collected thousands of artifacts\, including T-shirts\, programs posters\, buttons and newsletters. It has heard hundreds of stories\, curated exhibits\, hosted talks and discussions. It has even created a walking tour of downtown Portsmouth highlighting the people\, places and events that have impacted the Seacoast.\n\n\n\nWhile researching the Charlie Howard story we learned that his grave in Kittery\, Maine\, was unmarked out of fear that it would be defaced. The Project raised money to place a marker on his grave and place memorial benches at Portsmouth High School and in Commercial Alley downtown. For information\, contact them at sesacoastnhlgbthistory@gmail.comand follow them on Facebook at Seacoast NH LGBT History. It is always seeking more artifacts to add to the collection and volunteers to help prepare the artifacts for the public. Walking tour info is at httpws://portsmouthhistory.org/walking-tours/
