DESCRIPTION:Many Chamber members have expressed interest in learning more about getting involved with internship and career programs at UNH but remarked that they do not know where to begin.\n\n\n\nTo help close this gap the Chamber is partnering with the Career and Professional Success (CaPS) team at UNH.  Their mission is to imbue career preparedness across the entire UNH experience to equip UNH students with the experiences\, knowledge\, and skills to thrive in an ever-changing future.\n\n\n\nRaina Sprague has 10+ years in the employment industry and is an alumna of the University of New Hampshire (UNH). She started her career recruiting for the biotech/pharma industries. Now\, Raina oversees employer engagement\, outreach\, and strategy as the Director of Employer Relations for UNH. She constantly innovates new ways to connect students to careers and improves event/employer experience. In addition\, Raina leads the diversity & inclusion initiatives for UNH Career and Professional Success and presents at national conferences and virtual chats regarding employer relations strategies. Lastly\, she serves on the board of advisors for Stay Work Play New Hampshire.\n\n \n\nOutside work\, she lives in New Hampshire with her husband\, 18-month-old son\, and cat\, Lola.
