City of Portsmouth Parking Manager\, Joseph Giodano\, will provide an update on current initiatives and long term plans for additional parking improvements.  \n\n\n\nDuring the presentation the City will provide a demonstration on the Passport Parking App that will allow parkers to pay for parking using their phones\, eliminating the necessity of meter change and kiosk lines.
