DESCRIPTION:Join the American Lung Association for the 10th Anniversary of the annual Cycle the Seacoast on Sunday\, May 5th\, 2019! Cycle the Seacoast is a one-day\, multi-route cycling event that is both challenging and fun for serious athletes to weekend warriors with kids in tow. With 25\, 50 or 100 mile options to choose from\, there is something for everyone as you enjoy the water views along the historic Seacoast in New Hampshire. Please contact Melissa at (207) 624-0306 or Melissa.Walden@Lung.org for more information.\n\n \n\nMoney raised helps fund the American Lung Association in New Hampshire's work to improve lung health and prevent lung disease through efforts such as lung cancer research\, improving the air we breathe so it does not cause or worsen lung disease\, and reducing the burden of lung disease on individuals and families suffering from asthma and COPD.\n\n \n\nLOCATION: 1 Redhook Way Portsmouth\, NH (Cisco Brewers Portsmouth\, Formally Redhook Brewery)\n\nROUTE OPTIONS: 25\, 50 or 100 miles\n\nAGE LIMIT: Ages 7 years and older.\n\n                                                                     \n\nDAY OF EVENT DETAILS:\n\nStart times are staggered depending on the route of your choice. Cyclists that arrive late for their schedule route start time will automatically be bumped to the next departing route.\n\n \n\n100 mile start: 7:00am\n\n50 mile start: 8:00am\n\n25 mile start: 9:00am\n\n \n\nFEES & FUNDRAISING:\n\nRegistration Fee: $35 (non-refundable & non-transferable)\n\nDay of Event Registration Fee: $45 (plus fundraising minimum paid in full)\n\nFundraising Minimum: $200 per person ($100 for ages 7 - 17)\, $400 for Family of 4 (2 Adults/2 Children)\n\n \n\n***Note***Age Limit is 7 years and up.  Children between the ages of 7 - 12 must ride a tandem or tag-a-long bike with adult guardian. All children under the age of 18 must have an adult guardian with them at all times on the route. Child and guardian are both required to meet the fundraising minimum.
