DESCRIPTION:Portsmouth Music and Arts Center (PMAC) has joined in helping Portsmouth's "End 68 Hours of Hunger" this Thanksgiving season. PMAC will host the 16th annual Concert of Thanksgiving\, Nov. 16\, at the Portsmouth Middle School. The show starts at 6:30 p.m. PMAC's annual concert is free and family-friendly. In lieu of tickets\, PMAC simply asks people to donate food to End 68 Hours of Hunger. Items that are in need of donations:\n\nPeanut Butter   18 oz plastic\n\nSun Butter (peanut free)\n\nSaltines / Graham Crackers\n\nCanned Beef Stew\n\nCanned Pasta   Beefaroni\, Ravioli\n\nCanned Soup   chicken\, beef\, or vegetarian   12-20 oz size\n\nHormel Complete Meals\n\nMacaroni and Cheese\n\nMacaroni and Cheese   Daiya Dairy Free\n\nMacaroni and Cheese   Annie's Gluten Free\n\nGranola Bars/Protein Bars\n\nInstant Flavored Rice or Noodles\n\nInstant Flavored Potatoes   packets\n\nCanned Tuna\, Chicken\, Turkey\, Sausages   10 oz or smaller cans\n\nInstant Oatmeal individual packets\n\nPudding Cups   4 pack\n\nCereal boxes   individual or family size\n\nThe Concert of Thanksgiving will feature adult ensembles that participate in weekly programming at PMAC\, 12 in all. Each ensemble will play two or three pieces during the two-hour event. You will hear amateur musicians playing ukuleles\, bluegrass\, jazz and more. There will even be a concert band.
